As promised here is another card designed especially for men!
This card is simple but effective, and can be used for boys, teenagers and men. Brilliant card for using up bits of card we refuse to through away, and can be made in many colour combinations.
The card uses the word HAPPY as its main focal point. These Big bold word dies and stamps designed by Sue Wilson From Creative Expressions, are great if you just want a quick card or want to make a batch of cards.. with out much effort.
They are available in Happy, Birthday, Celebrate, Because and Surprise! and can be purchased online and instore.
I cut the shadow die out of Royal blue card. Then cut the word Happy out in White, Sky Blue, Blue and Midnight Card. Keep all the outlines and inner die cuts, these can used to make other cards.
Using all the inner parts of the die, I have paper pieced them back in. You don't have to do this but it is very effective!
I mat and layered a piece of zig zig embossed card on to a piece of blue card. Then stuck the big word to the background using 3D foam tape.
I finished off the card with the sentiment Birthday from the same die set and some die cut stars from Creative Expressions Essential Embellishments die set.
