Post and Packaging

Our online shop

We are mainly a bricks and mortar shop and don't have the storage to hold shop stock and online stock. All items are picked directly from the shop. We have a way of tracking stock with coloured dots and lists, and update our online inventory everyday. Sadly from time to time, things do get missed. In the event you place an order and the item is out of stock, we will email you. If it's an item that can be reordered, we will dispatch it at a later date once it's back instock. If the item can't be reordered we will issue a full refund.



How long will my order take 

We aim to dispatch all orders in 48 hours. We will dispatch all orders via Royal Mail or in the event the order is heavy, we may send it via Evri/DPD.


If there is going to be a delay, we will let you know. If you place an order after 3pm on a Saturday, orders will not be dispatched until Tuesday, as the shop is closed. Please allow extra time for bank holidays, Easter and Christmas.

Click and collection 

Once orders are ready to be collected, you will recieve an email. Please collection from the shop during our opening hours.

Royal Mail £2.99*

Free postage on orders over £40 (using Royal Mail only)

48hr Tracked (depending on size and value)

2-3 business days from dispatch

*Although 48hr tracked takes 2-3 working days please allow upto 10 working days (15 days over the festive period) for your order to arrive.  We have to wait this long before a parcel is deemed 'missing'.  If your parcel does go missing, and we have the items in stock we will replace it, in the case where we are unable to reorder stock in, we will refund you. 


International Shipping  

Due to use leaving the EU, international shipping is a bit more complex now.

As you can imagine there are a lot of rules, regulations and various different shipping costs for each country.

If you are from outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please email us at with your order, name, contact telephone number, address and we will reply with a shipping cost.


If you are happy with this, we will raise an invoice via our website, where you can pay for your order via debit or credit card.

It is more time consuming, but we don't want to over charge for international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties/ taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Cheshire Crafts cannot predict or be held responisble for these charges. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
