Are you a shop or online only
We are a bricks and mortar shop based in Winsford, Cheshire, but we also offer click and collect and online shopping at www.cheshirecrafts.com.
Don't like shopping online? We are happy to take orders over the phone, email or even write us a letter, we are very flexable.

Our online shop
We are mainly a bricks and mortar shop and don't have the storage to hold shop stock and online stock. All items are picked directly from the shop. We have a way of tracking stock with coloured dots and lists, and update our online inventory everyday. Sadly from time to time, things do get missed. In the event you place an order and the item is out of stock, we will email you. If it's an item that can be reordered, we will dispatch it at a later date once it's back instock. If the item can't be reordered we will issue a full refund.

Can large groups visit your shop
Yes of course. Our shop is long and spacious, so we can accommodate a large group of people. We kindly ask if you're planning a group visit, to give us a call, so we can get in extra staff to help.

Opening Hours
Closed: Sunday and Monday. Open Tuesday to Saturday 10am till 3pm.
If you are planning a visit to us from a distance, and don’t think you can make our opening times, please give us a call and we will accommodate if we can. Tuesday to Saturday only.

Are dogs allowed in your shop
Absoutly!! We LOVE dogs.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome, we have 3 little rules...
1. we can say hello, and have a fuss
2. they can have a treat
3. we always joke with customers... expect no form of customer service as the dog will get all the attention... the dog will get all the attention, but we are here to help you too
Do you offer classes
Yes, we do. We offer two kinds of classes.
1. Group classes
Joy and Natalie run card making classes every month. We limit our classes to 4 people. This is due to space but also feel we can give you more help/guidance with 4 people.
2. One to one class
This is great if you are struggling in an area and want to learn more or never crafted before and would like to give it a go!

Alternatively, if you can't make a date or you and a friend/ friends want a class just for you we can do a class just for you. Please give us a call or email and we will happily discuss.
