If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns require approval by Cheshire Crafts prior to being made.


Goods must arrive back to us within 14 days in their original, unopened packaging. If the returned goods have been found to be opened, used or incomplete, a refund will not be given.


Returns P&P must be paid for by the customer and Cheshire Crafts cannot be held accountable for any loss of goods being returned. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. 

Upon receipt of your returned good, will happily refund you the full purchase price.

Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods. We are happy to replace or refunded your item.

Please contact us via email with fault clearly stated. (Cheshire Crafts reserve the right to request photographic evidence)


Refunds/replacements will only be processed once we have receipt of the returned goods. In the event of faulty goods, we will cover the cost of the returns P&P.
